3. Session Abstract:  "Lately Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Data Science in general are showing lots of improvements and tools that are rapidly adopted by organizations. This is demanding the creation of bigger teams that can be fully focused on data initiatives projects. Therefore, this represents an opportunity for all women in tech who are interested in the data field as companies are demanding more profiles within these areas. To become a Data Science team lead you need good technical skills foundations and is required to have soft skills that can be improved on a day-by-day basis. As the Data field is constantly evolving, you must always be updated in technical skills and find ways to improve your soft skills so you can have a better relationship with your team and clients within your organization. Actions like being part of a community let you find mentors and be in an environment where you can feel comfortable asking for advice that can help you achieve a better position within your organization. In summary in this talk, we will review the areas required to achieve a Lead position on your Data Science Team. If you are just starting in the tech field, we will see some steps that you can follow to grow within your organization."
