This meetup gonna be 2 days workshop on different dates (16th & 23rd Nov) for making chat bots using Dialogflow & Actions on google.
The Day 1 will be helpful in getting started in Dialogflow and Actions on google with hands-on. Day-2 will be Advanced workshop.

- Create a Webhook using Firebase Cloud Functions
- Deploy it on Telegram and Actions for Google Assistant
