Iam Remarkable creates a community of empowerment for women and underrepresented groups.

Too many of us shy away from self-promotion in the workplace and carry the fear of "guilt or judgment" about sharing our accomplishments. We will easily fade into the background along with our accomplishments, all the while witnessing others drive their self-promotion because they possess the confidence to do so. This leads to inequality in representation in the workplace.

These workshops create a psychologically safe space to share stories, experiences and build confidence and community.
