تم قبوله كموظف لدى الأمم المتحدة في نهاية عام 2000، ثم أصبح رئيس قسم قاعدة البيانات في UNOPS.

بدأ لاحقاً العمل مع جامعة ديبول كمسؤول قاعدة بيانات.

في عام 2007 بدأ عمله الخاص، وقام مع فريقه بتأسيس شركة Avesta. ويعمل بالشركة أكثر من 30 موظفاً، ولديهم مكتب في السليمانية وأربيل.

She obtained her PhD from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, The Ohio State University, USA in 2017. Sarah is a Fulbright Science and Technology Ph.D. Award's fellow and IEEE member. Her master and bachelor’s degrees are from the Computer Engineering Department, Basra University in 2008, 2004, respectively. Her research interests are security and privacy, authentication, visual cryptography, voice authentication, vehicular networks, smart transportation systems, wireless sensor networks, Internet of Things, cloud computing, digital signal processing, and cyber-physical systems.

Educated students on deep learning and machine learning applying a

variety of instructional techniques, including a hands-on curriculum.

Designed courses and workshops about deep learning to increase student

interest, resulting in a 20% increase in class enrollment.

Applied various teaching aids to minimize learning gaps and effectively

instruct and motivate students.
