Janine Lee has 15+ years experience in learning and development (L&D), diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), digital transformation, business operations, continuous improvement, process consulting, and change management. She works at Google as a Global L&D Manager, leading programs in talent pipeline, onboarding experience, career development, manager development, competency modeling, and innovation. Most recently, Janine worked on a special project to unify Google enterprise curriculum and user experience across 150,000 learners for DEI, Onboarding, and Manager/Leader.
Janine Lee is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Certified Executive Coach. As a UC Berkeley Haas MBA Graduate and USC Doctor of Education (EdD) 2023 Candidate, Janine has been lecturing for 7+ years as an Adjunct Professor at top universities including the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, Santa Clara University, and the UC Berkeley Center of Executive Education with over 150+ students in 35+ countries all over the world. She has taught race relations, leadership, and communications in South Africa, and her communications curriculum was featured in Google’s App Primer to 24 million users and 10 different countries.
As a Speaker, Janine has spoken at Women Techmakers International Women’s Day for Leadership, Design Thinking, and Innovation for Fortune 500 professionals globally. Her focus for her dissertation is focused on sense of belonging for Women of Color (WOC) in technology companies. Janine speaks on leadership/manager development, professional and career development, DEI, communications, team development, culture, and innovation related topics.
