Google Developer Groups (GDG) is the largest developer community in the world with over 1000+ GDGs in 140+ countries around the globe. Each GDG is a local community hub of professional developers who share expertise and passion for Google’s developer technology. 

GDG communities organize, and coordinate community activities centered around helping developers learn, connect, and grow while building a strong sense of belonging to the local and global Google Developer Groups community. 

When you join a Google Developer Group, you'll have the opportunity to learn new skills in a variety of formats. You’ll also meet local developers virtually or in-person with similar interests in technology. The community prides itself on being an inclusive environment where everyone and anyone interested in tech - from beginner developers to experienced professionals are welcome to join.
