The University of Auckland chapter was the first in New Zealand, created in 2020. We collaborate with Google, who provides us with financial support and industry experts who are passionate about helping students through events and hands-on workshops.

Our mission is to:

- Expand the technical knowledge and skillsets of students to better equip them to become future professionals

- Empower students to overcome potential barriers to personal development

- Provide opportunities for students to network with industry professionals

- Inspire students to have fun while creating technologies that have an impact on society
