The Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIK) is one of the most prestigious engineering institutes of Pakistan. GIK is known the world over for setting a standard of excellence in the field of engineering. Over the years, the institute has produced bright, innovative graduates employed at some of the most respectable firms all over the world. Spread over an area of more than 400 acres, the Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute is located in the midst of the unspoilt and nature-rich countryside of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province of Pakistan.

Apart from its outstanding academic programme, GIK is also known for the versatility and vibrancy of its extra-curricular scenario. All of these activities are student-organized. These organizations provide the students with various opportunities to indulge in their aesthetic interests and experience working in a professional environment. The Developers Student Club – GIKI plays its part in this this vibrant society by building a community of student developers who will help each other grow, learn and connect. The club was inaugurated by Uzair Ahmed from Batch 27 who was among the first batch of Google DSC Leads from Pakistan.
