About

Welcome to GDG on Campus (GDGoC) at International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM)!

Google Developer Groups on Campus (GDGoC) are part of a global network that enables students, regardless of their academic background, to grow their technical skills, build innovative solutions, and connect with like-minded peers. By joining a GDGoC chapter, students gain access to Google Developer resources, participate in hands-on workshops, and collaborate to solve real-world problems in a peer-to-peer learning environment.

At GDGoC IIUM, our mission is to make learning developer technologies accessible to everyone. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced developer, if you're enthusiastic about learning and passionate about technology, you’ll find your place in our vibrant community!

What we offer:

  • Hands-on coding workshops for both beginners and experienced developers

  • Opportunities to build and collaborate on side projects

  • Participation in Google’s annual Solution Challenge

  • Networking events to connect with professionals and peers

  • Google Cloud Study Jams and other specialized learning sessions

  • And much more!

Redefine Resilience

This October, in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we invite you to an evening dedicated to celebrating the courage, innovation, and strength of women in technology. Redefine Resilience is more than a theme β€” it’s a movement. It challenges us to see resilience not only as the ability to endure, but as the power to transform challenges into opportunities, and strength into innovation.
