GDG on campus Hashemite University, Google Developer Group on campus are university-based community groups for students interested in Google developer technologies. Students from all undergraduate or graduate programs with an interest in growing as a developer are welcome. By joining a GDG on campus, students grow their knowledge in a peer-to-peer learning environment and build solutions for local businesses and their communities.

The first chapter of the Developer Student Clubs at Hashemite University was founded in 2022/2023 to achieve GDG Goals and Vision under the guidance of the chapter's academic advisor Prof. Bassam Jamil from the Computer Engineering Department- Faculty of Engineering.
