man i have asked for from where i get to download the the webinar participation certificate

yes i am having the same confusion

Participation certificates, widely regarded as mere formalities, can do much more than just so as to support personal and professional development to a great extent by proving that someone has taken the initiative and is willing to learn or to be involved into something new. I have not received any certificates, although most people have found that a certificate of participation is enough to open doors, even at the early stage of a career since it proves one is dedicated and engaged in a skills-enhancing project. The opportunity to have a certificate of a workshop that involves, say, Wire to Web, does present itself as the value added, since there is a symbol of attendance and work that can be displayed in resumes or portfolios. Finally, certificate meaning is not only determined by paper, the reputation of an organization issuing the certificate, relevancy and quality of the material covered during the workshops, and the application demanded in order to achieve a statement are just some of the tools that determine the power of a certificate. Being there does not matter as much as what you gained out of the experience.
