Dear GDG Cloud Munich member,

We've got some exciting news! Our community page and events page now have a new feature where we can start topics and get discussions going. I think this could be a fantastic way to network between events :) what do you all think? Let's figure out together how we can best use this to our advantage!

To kick things off, let's talk about catering at our meetings 😋. Do you prefer sandwiches as we usually have at the Google office, or the pizza delivery like we had at our last event?
Sandwiches 🥪 vs. Pizza 🍕? :D

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts! ✌️

This is great! I am also looking for a place to discuss Google Cloud Features with fellow developers in Munich. To be honest, I am pretty open to anything about food, but I would prefer sandwiches.

Haha happy to know @Yudhistira :) For sure, the learning and networking part is more important than the catering 😂

Do you know that GCP has different channels for community discussions?

GCP Forum - https://www.googlecloudcommunity.com/gc/Cloud-Forums/ct-p/cloud-forums
Slack - https://join.slack.com/t/googlecloud-community/shared_invite/zt-37jdyf8rp-EcNzHJ4Tauwp~QHFQLWI~Q

And our community :)

Let me know if anything ☁️

Awesome, this is great to stay tuned in between the events, not just to meet us each other but also to share concerns or interests, again this is more than awesome.is it topic free? Or just about food? In that case may I prefeer, also snacks? In my opinion could be a great opportunity to be inclusive with the Chefs communities, as tech is also at the kitchen.

Hey @Ana, happy to see you here! 👏🏽

Yes, we can make it a useful feature while we do not have our next meeting date :)

Thank you again. Are there any resources that could train non-technical people how to identify engineering best practices and frameworks in order to avoid system implementation mistakes caused by operational errors that evolves in user frustration? For instance, if a system is designed to ensure safety or operational continuity, any implementation that causes stress, intolerance or bias should be reported, prompting the start of a new iteration of improvements. Is anyone already implementing something like this? This could be somehing like promoting open-source comunities interactions applied to operational issues.

Hey Ana, I think it is an interesting subject for discussion. Would you like to open a new forum topic? That would make your text visible to everyone and not only to me :) Then we can follow-up the discussion on the newly created topic.

If you think this could be useful, perhaps you should share it. In my experience, end users have often been incorrectly taught to blame the 'system' for operational errors. I believe that implementing the open-source community communication model to solve operational issues could help users understand that systems are designed to assist them. Stack overflow page is a perfect example.
