It is a new event format supposed to be fun and to meet and network with other women.
There will be kids judging what you have built with your team as kids are our future. The product that you are supposed to work on is something that you would love to make or built as a child with the skill sets and technology that you have now.
16th of November – KICK OFF – start 6:30 pm – end 8:30 pm - Dammtorstr.30
During the kick-off event we will get the opportunity to get to know each other a little bit and you will get the chance to hear more about the organization and the plan. You will have an opportunity to choose the technology that you would like to work on and meet your project owner while having a drink.
Agenda for Friday:
18:00 – 18:45 open doors and welcome with drinks and food
18:45 – 19:00 welcome speech and key note from XING
19:00 – 19:30 project owners present their projects and groups
19:30 – 20:00 you will have a chance to choose a group
20:00 – 21:30 networking and closing
17th of November – WHOLE DAY EVENT – start 10 am – end 7 pm – Dammtorstr.30
Now it’s time to get your hands dirty! After having your welcome coffee or tea with some fruits and snacks in the morning, let’s start! You will find your project owner and your team and start working on your project. The full agenda of the day will follow. Don’t worry – we will provide you with a lunch break and some brain food.

09:00 – 10:00 open doors and welcome, coffee and small breakfast + group division
10:00 – 12:30 project work
12:30 – 13:30 lunch break (food will be included from our side)
13:30 – 17:00 project work
17:15 – 17:45 project work presentation to our very tough jury – our employees kids!
18:00 – 18:15 winner announcement (plus prize giving)
18:15 – open end drinks and snacks
