Join us June 4th for an evening with two inspiring ladies from Airbus who will talk about how they managed change within the crisis and made it possible that Airbus teams could continue with their work.

Corona has touched and changed pretty much the live of each of us. Lennekes digital workplace team made it possible that the sudden switch to remote work went smoothly. Do not miss the opportunity to meet one of Airbus best change leaders!

Another story will come from Camille and the team of Airbus Protospace in Hamburg about how their digital fabrication laboratories worked on solutions using advanced digital manufacturing technologies to help during the crisis. We will also get a virtual tour of the Protospace in Hamburg!

We are looking forward to meet you virtually!

Agenda

06:30 pm Virtual drinks and mingling (please bring your own drinks!)

06:40 pm "The story of the Airbus Digital Workplace in the Crisis" by Lenneke Alves-Bakker (Head of Change and Adoption Digital Workplace)

In a world where literally everything is changing every day, are you wondering what the role of the IT teams in different companies is?
Lenneke will explain in her amazing story, how the Corona crisis changed the IT team's daily life and how the team is coping. She will also tell you about how the digital workplace team has enabled other Airbus employees all over the world to continue working from home. We bet this story will have a happy end.

07:00 pm "Experience the ProtoSpace World during a live Session" by Camille Levesque (Marketing Manager at Airbus Protospace Hamburg)

The ProtoSpace is the corporate FabLab of Airbus, it is a place where the makers of Airbus gather to work on their ideas and validate (or not) their assumptions by designing, building, testing, learning and reiterating the prototypes. With the use of 3D printers, laser cutters, all kinds of electronics (to name a few) Airbus’ innovators hack and disrupt the airplane concept of today to imagine the concepts of aviation of tomorrow and make it greener, lighter, adaptable, comfortable, silencious and recyclable. We support improvements and solve problems, and embrace even ideas which look crazy today because they can become the greatest invention of tomorrow. For this reason we provide the space and the resources to let them innovate at startup speed. So, drop in the live and discover more about our projects and initiatives.

07:20 pm Q&A & Remote Networking

08:00 pm What's next at moinworld e.V. and end of the session!
