Human-centered design (HCD) is an approach to problem solving, commonly used in design and management frameworks that develops solutions to problems by involving the human perspective in all steps of the problem-solving process (Wikipedia).

Our workshop lead will be Caroline Hotze (UX Consultant @eresult).

Caroline Hotze joined eresult in 2019 as a UX Consultant and manages projects with different methodologies from the human centred design process. She is a qualified communication trainer, studied social and business psychology and is a certified UX Designer. In the course of her work, she has already led numerous design sprints and other projects with interdisciplinary teams and companies from various industries to success.
