Women Techmakers Global

Every March and April, Women Techmakers Ambassadors host hundreds of local events around the world in celebration of International Women’s Day (March 8). This global event campaign, led by Ambassadors (external to Google), is an opportunity for Ambassadors to bring their technical communities together to learn, connect and to provide visibility for women in tech.

About this event

In 2024, Google France will host a flagship event for the European community, bringing together Ambassadors and their community at the new AI Hub opened in Paris, around the theme #WTMImpactTheFuture. Join us on 26th April from 4:30pm for an evening with our special guests sharing their experience working in AI, a hands-on workshop to interact with various AI tools and upskill, and ending with a networking opportunity.

Tech Talk: GenAI	You already know AI is the buzzword right now but have you had time to learn more about its applications and how the world is evolving with the latest tech developments? Come and learn more about GenAI from Laura Brito.

Workshop: Build with AI	By now you will have learned about GenAI but do you know how to use some of the AI tools and the advantages they can bring to your day-to-day life? This workshop will be a hands-on chance to do just that with facilitators from Google that will lead this session. Come with some or no experience - you are welcomed to one of the small group sessions to upskill on AI!
Networking/Social Hour	Time to unwind over some light dinner and refreshments, and get to know better some of the speakers and other participants!
