With over 7 years in the company (one of the early starts!), Melanie has gone from Intern in online marketing to Senior Project Manager and has played an integral role in ensuring smooth and quality delivery of projects
Kameran Casey (Senior Director of Sales)
Kameran has been in the company for almost 3 years, is a top performer in US sales team, and works mainly with technology and telco clients. She has over 15 years of Digital Ad sales experience under her belt.
Maylin Leal (Software Engineer)
Maylin's career has seen her go from Student Web Developer to full time Software Engineer focused on Devops and Architecture Design in one of the most highly performing IT teams during the past 4 years.
Christine Cline (Managing Director of the U.S. Business)
During the almost 2 years in the company, she started as VP of Marketing and was promoted to Managing Director of the U.S. business. Prior to joining Bonial, Christine worked in a variety of retail marketing roles for Sears Holdings, a top 50 US Retailer.
Irina Zhovtobryukh (Head of Software Delivery)
Irina has been with the company for 2 years. She’s an expert in agile software development and team management and joined Bonial to drive the transformation to scaled agile. As head of software delivery she’s responsible for developing teams, coordinating the roadmap and ultimately for successful product delivery.
Kinga Schmidt (HR Manager)
Kinga has been working as HR Business Partner to the P&D team and has been playing a big supportive role to CTO/CPO and TLs in shaping culture and team dynamics for the past year and a half.
