[Motivation & best practices[masked]]
1st event: we will cover topics like most common problems and challenges, best practices for approaching public speaking, selection of the topic and building outlines.

[Write a great talk proposal[masked]]
2nd event: best practices od writing abstracts/proposals for submitting the talks. We want to encourage more people from our community to apply for conferences, especially if it's their first time

[Practical tips for composing the talks[masked]]
3rd event: create your talk and practise by presenting a short version, get direct feedback

★ ABOUT THE SPEAKER ★
Armagan is a Senior Engineering Manager at Wayfair. He has years of hands-on experience founding and leading multiple startups and innovative products.
A software architect well versed in both the backend and frontend systems, he focuses on building resilient clouds. He loves open source and is the author of cote, a library for building microservices with Node.js, among many others. In his free time, he loves to hack stuff with JavaScript, ranging from musical gadgets to brain signals processing.

Armagan is a public speaker, a mentor and a lecturer. He also leads Lonca, a software craftsmanship school for women engineers, and teaches JavaScript at Women Techmakers Berlin.
