Parents in Tech Day

Women Techmakers Berlin

Being a parent is tech is not easy. We want to make this statement not relevant! A lot of progress is happening in the field of rights and benefits for working parents. While Germany is a global leader in helping parents maintain family/work balance, there is still a place for improvement. On Saturday, 10/02, we will get together at the Berlin offices of Mozilla, learn about rights and benefits

Being a parent is tech is not easy.
We want to make this statement not relevant!

A lot of progress is happening in the field of rights and benefits for working parents. ABOUT KAVE BULAMBO

Kave is currently a Technical Recruiting Partner for Engineering and Data at N26. Together with her team, she recruits candidates from across the globe ranging from Senior to junior candidates. She has experienced that parents are not that keen on revealing this part of their identity as they go through the interview and most time do not know how to claim their rights and benefits once employed. Is it fear or is it more about not knowing what rights one has?
