July Fireside Chat: The missing 40% when applying for a new job

Women Techmakers Berlin
Wed, Jul 25, 2018, 7:00 PM (CEST)

About this event

Should you apply only if you meet 100% of the job description?
Absolutely not.

But past work in the field shows that while men apply if they meet about 60% of the job description, women will do the same if they meet 100% of the job description.

For our July Fireside Chat let's meet at Eurostaff and hear from the top HR companies in Berlin why is this happening, what are they doing to improve the situation, and how can each of us contribute to make this better.

Want to add a question? post it at our #fireside-chat channel in our slack: http://slack.wtmberlin.com/
