Ela has more than ten years experience working in startups as a business operations and sales professional. She has been working in the AdTech industry for the past eight years, catering for clients globally.
Throughout her career, she facilitated the rapid growth of teams, hiring dozens of people and interviewing hundreds.
Today, she's the VP of partnerships and coaching lead at Adikteev, an AdTech company, where she trains sales and client facing teams on how to manage relationships and growth, effectively. She focuses on operational excellence, internal processes, sales and growth through a transversal approach, as well as creating and maintaining partnerships with different players in the mobile space.
In her free time, Ela is supporting managers, mainly women, in their career search, career growth, salary negotiations and dealing with day-to-day managerial challenges in the workplace.

Ronna is a senior engineer with 15 years of experience. She leads Women Who Go Berlin and offers free mentorships to women and gender minorities who wish to progress in software. She describes herself as a happy feminist, advocates that coding is for everyone, absolutely loves architecture and solving problems and will be happy to share that passion with you.
