Miriam Healy, Executive Director of Delivery & Operations
Miriam began her career as a software engineer delivering digital experiences at - the first online financial aggregator and then at - the first online securities lending portal. Delivering world first products and services is core to her DNA and is the reason she joined AKQA. Miriam relocated from AKQA London to AKQA Berlin to head up the technology department in 2012, implementing the technical processes, as much as the innovation for clients. Overtime she has taken on a broader remit at AKQA Berlin to help steer and inspire the team to achieve the best they can for all their clients. Ariana Sverdlik, Senior Strategic Planner
As a Senior Strategist for AKQA, Ariana is responsible for developing interactive and cross-channel campaigns and strategies. Prior to AKQA she led digital and social strategy for WNET, the largest station within the PBS network, for award-winning TV series including NATURE, AMERICAN MASTERS, and GREAT PERFORMANCES. Before WNET, Ariana served as Director of Social Media at digital agency 87AM where she was responsible for social campaigns and strategies for SWAROVSKI, L'ORÉAL PROFESSIONNEL, SCHOLASTIC and more.

Jess has worked at AKQA for more than 12 years, starting at the company’s New York office before moving to Berlin.

During her time at AKQA, she has created award-winning work for a wide range of clients including Coca-Cola, Johnson & Johnson, Kraft, Montblanc, Jägermeister, Nike, and Volkswagen.

Her work has been recognized at Cannes, the Clio Awards, the German Design Awards, The One Show and FWA, and has been highlighted in AdAge, Creativity, Luerzers Archive and New York Magazine among others.

Jessica Brazen, Group Creative Director
Jessica believes in giving back and mentoring the next generation of creatives. Over the past years, she has been involved with teaching initiatives, and also guest lectures to students at Miami Ad Schools in New York, Berlin and Hamburg as well as Berghs School of Communication.
Jessica is an accomplished artist, and has been featured in various painting and illustration exhibitions in the US.

Elena Kolpakova, QA Engineer
As a daughter of a software developer, Elena has been passionate about high quality since her early childhood. And with more than 10 years in the field, she’s gained a lot of experience in all kinds of testing. These days Elena practices test coaching and agile testing. At AKQA GmbH, she works as a Senior QA Analyst.
