Anne Schumann: Junior Software Developer
A year ago, Anne was an unemployed mother with limited perspective in her professional life. She overcame this situation by learning how to code. As a self-taught developer she started her first job in the tech industry in January 2019. Starting with a masters degree in philosophy and sociology, Anne is now responsible for the mobile app of a software company that is building facility management products and has found her passion.

Ricky McMaster: Teamlead Data Analytics
Ricky originally studied English Literature at the University of Glasgow. After several years in university administration, he began working as an HR Information Officer, which was his first introduction to SQL and BI. He has since then had professional experience at several start-ups, e-commence firms and larger, more established companies, in a variety of areas such as ETL, data management, reporting and analysis.

Karla Schoenicke: Product Owner
Karla currently works as a Product Owner at RatePAY, where she is responsible for all customer-facing platforms. With a background in International Business Administration and her self-taught tech skills she steadily moved into digital product management to build innovative and useful software.
