ARCore is a platform for building augmented reality apps on Android and is being offered as an early preview so that you can start experimenting with building new AR experiences.

For those traveling by public transportation: you can best go to the bus station on the "IJ zijde" (river "IJ" side) of Amsterdam Central station and take bus 48 or 248 in the direction of "Houthavens".
