Oduor Jagero is the founder of CMS Africa, an organization that promotes the use of open source softwares in Africa. He is a web developer and writer based in Nairobi Kenya. He is a champion of open source, a believer that open source can be used to change the world. He also believes that proprietary software has its place, which is very important too.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in IT from Makerere University. I chose to do web and I have been doing web design for 10+ years and it's my main source of income. Web design has transformed a lot over the years and Content Management Systems has made it easier and more enjoyable. I am self-employed and currently Volunteering as a Vice President at Open Source Matters and continuing to enjoy the interesting features that come with using Content Management Systems.. Beyond the web, I have passion for farming.I am a strong believer in the power of positive thinking. I also believe in teamwork. During my free time, I love watching movies, next is travelling.

Elisabeth Ujeneza is the Division Manager of Software Solutions at Rwanda Information Society Authority (RISA), the institution mandated to plan, coordinate and implement Rwanda's ICT agenda.She has 7 years’ experience in Software engineering and over 3 years in managing software projects and teams.She has managed and coordinated several software projects for the Government of Rwanda among which, the harmonized Government Websites projects in TYPO3 CMS.Elisabeth is the chair of the TYPO3 CMS Rwanda- Africa web community.She is the Initiator of Girl's Tech Talk-Rwanda, a TechWomen alumnae and very active towards bridging the gender digital divide as a mentor and advisor.
