About Speaker:
Jose Andrade is a Cloud Consultant at Google with over 18 years of experience working in infrastructure, automation and software development. He currently helps large enterprise customers implement cloud technologies with a focus on reliability and scalability and helps local startups run their applications in GCP.

Before joining Google, Jose was a Senior Solutions Architect at Yale University, where he led a team of Senior DevOps Engineers in the development and implementation of custom solutions for consumption and automation of cloud services. He also worked for the federal Judicial
branch as a software engineer, and was a technology journalist with Engadget. He has organized DevOps conferences and community meet-ups with the goal of creating a more inclusive and diverse culture.

Jose holds a Master's degree in Information Management Systems from Harvard University and a BS in Management Information Systems from Liberty University. In his spare time he enjoys traveling the world with his wife and daughter.
