Bianca J. Jackson, MBA, PMP®

Bianca Jackson is social entrepreneur, storyteller speaker, and award-winning project manager with 14+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure, web, mobile, video, and VR/AR projects for Fortune 500 companies such as National Geographic, UnitedHealth Group, Marriott, and USA Today.
During her tenure as project manager for USA Today’s Emerging Tech Tech, the team built the Pulitzer Prize-winning experience - The Wall VR. Bianca speaks at national conferences such as SXSW, Wonder Women Tech, and Tech Inclusion NY. She was selected as a SH//FT diversity scholar for the Oculus Connect 4 virtual reality conference.
In her spare time, Bianca is building social enterprise called BrickRose Exchange, www.BrickRoseExchange.org, an event venue based in Baltimore, MD designed for social entrepreneurs, community organizers, and purpose-driven professionals to attend and host meetings, trainings, discussions, and forums.

Matthew Cousens, Software at IBM
Discussion: ‘Data Encryption is Underrated’

Matthew Cousens has worked as a software tester at IBM Corporation for the past sixteen years and has worked in every major phase of the software testing lifecycle and has experienced first-hand the transition from waterfall to agile techniques. He is currently a Developer Advocate, IBM Z and IBM LinuxONE - US/East
He has presented numerous sessions on IBM products across the US in this capacity. In his current role as a Developer Advocate, Matt is responsible for speaking about the business value of the mainframe and the technology that enables that value.

Uday Kumar leads the delivery of card authorization products at Capital One and has over 20 years of industry experience leading software product teams. He has led both consumer and platform product teams, and has worked for F500, non-profit, and startup organizations. He has an engineering and business background, and started his career as a software engineer. He has high interest in leveraging the transformative power of AI towards enhancing customer experience and outcomes.
