In this session, join Maria Wang-Faulkner to hear about ways to reach and engage customers using the latest and greatest capabilities on the Actions on Google platform.
Speaker Bio: Maria Wang-Faulkner works on Global Product Partnerships for the Google Assistant. Her focus is on launching new platform capabilities, helping developers with discovery and re-engagement, and delivering great user experiences. Maria studied Public Policy at Columbia University, Entrepreneurship at Stanford, and Law and Liberal Arts at the University of Sydney. She currently resides in NYC.

Speaker: Arte Merritt - Co-founder and CEO, Dashbot
Abstract: Dashbot is the leading chat bot analytics platform in the industry today. In his talk Arte Merritt will discuss the role of analytics in voice assistants and chatbots -- how they differ from traditional web and mobile analytics; how to use analytics to increase engagement, acquisition, and monetization; as well as insights and learnings from the data Dashbot is capturing, having processed over 39 billion messages.
Speaker Bio: Previously, Arte founded the mobile analytics platform, Motally, which he led to a successful exit via sale to Nokia. Arte has 18 years experience in the mobile space and over 20 in the analytics space, working with companies like Yahoo Mobile, Turner Broadcasting, and a wide variety of startups. In addition, he helped launch two accelerator programs, Turner’s Media Camp and Mobile Monday’s Momentum, and is a mentor in Orange Fab. Arte is an MIT alum.
