Title: Intro to GANs in TensorFlow

Description: Please join us for this 45 minute session (and bring your laptop!). We’ll give a short talk to introduce Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), and then you’ll work through a quick coding exercise to train one in TensorFlow. We’ll show you how to use the Keras Sequential API and a Gradient Tape, so you can see how these high and low-level APIs work together. Bonus, we’ll use code written by Margaret Maynard-Reid, of GDG Seattle.

Abstract:
Come learn how to develop with the productivity tools you use every day! Did you know the G Suite family (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, etc) have APIs in a variety of languages? We'll walk through an overview and examples of how to automate useful tasks with Cloud integrations.

Biography:
Anu Srivastava works in Developer Relations for GSuite in New York. She advocates for developers on the top of the GSuite platform to enhance their businesses, specifically focusing on the APIs for Docs, Sheets and Slides. She previously worked as a software engineer on Android and Cloud in the California Bay Area. In her free time she likes to perform with her dance group in Manhattan.
