We begin the autumn meetups with a session dedicated to VR/AR development. Apple and Google have raced this year to add AR capabilities to iOS and Android. Likewise, VR has been growing steadily in adoption across a full range of domains.
We're going to see what it takes to build good experiences for these platforms and how to do it.
• George Cretu - "VR UX best practices across platforms"
George is an experienced VR developer and he's going to share his experience regarding UX patterns on Web, Mobile and Tethered VR. Implementation details are based on Unreal Engine or ReactVR.
• Ciprian Facaeru - "AR Space design & development"
Ciprian has been building awesome projects with both ARKit and ARCore. He's going to share some of his thoughts on good UX for AR and discuss the APIs in terms of capabilities and challenges.
