In this combined tech talk, demo and live coding session we will explore Firebase as a backend for applications that stretches across native mobile (iOS and Android), web and other platforms – giving developers powerful tools to build features, monitor their apps in production and engage with their user base.
Our focus will be on using Firebase as a managed backend for multi-platform applications and cover data storage options, real-time data synchronization patterns, cloud functions, authentication and security rules, and many other aspects. The event is targeted for new and intermediate app developers.
This includes core features for developers, such as: Firestore, RTDB, Storage and Cloud Functions illustrated with practical examples, covering. We will also summarize many of the newly announced features and discuss how they may make their way into your app development workflow.
