What is ML Paper Reading Clubs?
ML Paper Reading Clubs is a machine learning paper reading campaign with the sole purpose to facilitate the notion of “ML research” among ML engineers.
As research in ML grows the importance by time, we wanted to encourage people to have a chance to read ML papers. 
With this campaign, ML communities will read, learn, and share the knowledge to train and nurture the future ML researchers.
