Ranging from expansive summits to more intimate gatherings, IWD offers an opportune moment to organize events fostering connections, providing education and inspiration, while also acknowledging the persistent journey towards closing the gender gap.

In 2023, WTM Zaria embraced the IWD theme #DareToBe, encouraging individuals to muster the courage to venture into new territories, defy societal norms, and exhibit bravery by embracing risks.
