"The Switch - everybody wants to be IT", Maja Šnajdar, PM@Span

The IT industry is considered to be one of the most welcoming to all sorts of professionals, but is it truly so? It's a long ride from the outsider to IT expert. Entry into IT is just the first battle of many. Even then, old labels of a non-tech, non-dev stick, many are still distrustful as these colleagues don't have a formal industry education. In the age of fast-paced progress and AI, it is evident diverse professionals and their unique mindsets are needed in this disruptive age. So, take a seat, listen to their stories, and engage in the conversation.
