WTM Engage is a digital skills training program by Women Techmakers Yenagoa, focused on empowering young women in Bayelsa State with hands-on skills in content creation, video editing, graphic design, and social media management. The program runs for three weeks, two weeks of intensive bootcamp and one week for project completion, demo prep, and a final "Redefine Possible" conference.

The WTM Engage Conference and Demo Day is the closing event of the WTM Engage training program. It’s a day to celebrate the amazing work our participants have done over the past three weeks.
Participant will have the chance to present their final project showing the skills they’ve gained in content creation, video editing, graphic design, and social media management. This is their moment to shine and share how far they’ve come.
The event will also feature a fireside chat with industry leaders, and inspiring conversations about women in tech, digital skills, and career growth.
