Rob Sciuk is currently a Senior Software Developer at ApplyBoard. With over 30 years of experience in Information Technology, Rob has been a Founding Principal in a high-tech startup, and has a strong foundation in business, account management and technical project management. In addition, he has been an instrumental Technical Lead in very large projects with multi-million dollar revenues. His specialties include Software Development, Systems Analysis, Software Portability, Scalability, with a particular interest in Embedded and Open Source Software.

Ralph Janke is currently a Director of Software Development at ApplyBoard. Ralph has over 35 years of experience in Information Technology in small, medium and multinational companies, as well as in the public sector. As a leader, he continuously looks to help others within the organization apply and improve their skills by guiding and mentoring them to be positive, motivated, and loyal employees with fulfilling careers.
