With over 22 years of industry experience across Manufacturing, Retail, Telecom, Consultancy, HR and Healthcare. Her journey in IBM spans 11.5 years, during which she has managed various portfolios including direct client and partner-facing roles. In her current role, she is responsible for building product & solutions to help customer functions productivity and their digital transformation journey through the IBM Automation Platform and infusing AI. Prior to this role - She was a Chief of Staff to IBM VP which involved contributing towards creating the software lab technical strategy: the Big Bets, the Grand Challenges, steering strategic key transformational initiatives and processes. She has worked in Cloud Pak for the Data team building First of Kind AI /ML solutions for various key customers across geographies. She has been a speaker in various international customer and industry conferences, university campuses and has conducted workshops and boot camps globally for clients and partners. She is an innovator with patents, published in her credits.
