Rupali is a seasoned professional with 12+ years of diverse experience in renowned MNCs, SMEs,
NGOs, and as a founder and mentor. With a passion for effecting social change, she excels in
devising sustainable, impact-driven projects for businesses and facilitating connections between
social organizations and investors.
After completing her M.Phil in Natural Resource Management from IIFM, Bhopal, Rupali
discovered her dedication to social change. Since then, she has embarked on a journey of personal
growth, pushing her boundaries and acquiring new skills. Rupali firmly believes that integrating
CSR with sustainability plans can generate maximum impact across people, planet, and profits. As
the founder of Global Synergizers, a social impact advisory firm, she enables stakeholders in the
development ecosystem to drive deeper and sustainable impact. Recently, her company received
recognition for outstanding social welfare initiatives focused on women's empowerment from the
Confederation of Indian Micro Small and Medium Enterprises, SIDBI, and GCPIT.
In addition to her work at Global Synergizers, Rupali serves as a mentor at India Accelerator
Impact Labs, guiding social enterprises addressing pressing global challenges with both tech and
non-tech solutions. She also mentors and advises two startups: H Vision and Impressario Global.
With H Vision, she assists a young innovator in designing a social project for distributing a
physical wallet that reads notes in English and Hindi while detecting counterfeit currency for
visually impaired individuals. For Impressario Global, a social impact MarTech consulting
company focussed on building more inclusive world for everyone, she helps in developing
product and its dissemination across communities.
Rupali's experience encompasses projects such as UNDP's Northeast Entrepreneurship Capacity
Building Program, EBRD's Indian SMEs Best Practices Survey, employee-customer engagement
studies, skill development programs, organizational development, change management initiatives,
financial inclusion of transgender community, and employee volunteering programs. Her unique
skill set includes social program management, governance, baseline studies, research, surveys,
white papers, impact assessments, communication, storytelling, empathetic social brand building,
and mentoring.
