Android Study Jams are community-organized study groups for people to learn how to build Android apps in the Kotlin programming language, using the curriculum provided by Google. This program is for people who are new to Android development and want to learn the best practices for how to build Android apps in Kotlin. The prerequisites are basic computer skills and basic elementary arithmetic skills. On completion of the session, a Google Developer badge will be earnt.

Build your first Android apps with the Kotlin programming language. Improve the user interface of your app by learning about layouts, Material Design guidelines, and best practices for UI development. Add images and text to your Android apps, and learn how to use classes, objects, and conditionals to create an interactive app for your users.
