We are excited to announce the #IamRemarkable event jointly conducted by WTM Trivandrum and WTM Cochin on the occasion of #IamRemarkable Week

#IamRemarkable is a Google initiative empowering women and underrepresented groups to celebrate their achievements in the workplace and beyond.

The workshop aims to improve the self promotion motivation and skills of women and underrepresented groups. It also aims to challenge the perception around self promotion.

What is #IamRemarkable?

#IamRemarkable is a global Google initiative that strives to empower everyone, particularly women and underrepresented groups, to express their achievements in the workplace and beyond.

At the heart of the #IamRemarkable initiative is a 90-minute workshop that helps participants learn the importance of self-promotion in their personal and professional life, equip them with tools to develop this skill set, and invite them to challenge the social perceptions surrounding self-promotion.

To date, #IamRemarkable has reached over 130,000 participants, and 800+ companies, across 130+ countries, with the help of 7000+ facilitators.

What does #IamRemarkable Week look like?

#IamRemarkable week aims to support participants in boosting their confidence by helping them acknowledge, celebrate and express their achievements.

Ran digitally, the week will feature virtual talks and panel discussions with top business leaders and experts who will discuss a range of subjects, from confidence and motivation to diversity, equity, inclusion and allyship, together with #IamRemarkable workshops and confidence-boosting challenges.

As the commitment of leadership plays a key role in establishing and strengthening the culture of diversity, inclusion and allyship, #IamRemarkable week also aims to inspire, encourage and help support leaders in driving change.
