從需求的角度來看，溝通可劃分為三個主要層次：個人、團隊和組織。個人層面的溝通著重於表達個人的想法與感受，並確保這些訊息被準確理解，以實現個人需求。團隊層面的溝通強調協調合作，確保成員之間的信息透明化，並保持目標一致。組織層面的溝通則著眼於傳遞企業文化和目標，保持整體運營的連貫性。理解這三個層次的需求，能幫助我們更有效地解決問題，促進共識達成，並實現整體目標。

有效的溝通應包含清晰的表達與回饋機制，這有助於提升問題解決的效率，並增強個人、團隊與組織的運作效能。本次的增進溝通效率工作坊是 8/24 需求風暴早餐會的延伸，由擁有超過 10 年以上在科技產業經驗豐富的資深產品經理 Sandra Zeng 帶領。透過實務操作討論需求與溝通，參與者將能更具體地理解各個層級的有效溝通方式，從而更好地滿足個人、團隊及組織的需求，並促進共識的建立與目標的實現。

Communication can be categorized into three levels: individual, team, and organizational. Individual communication focuses on expressing personal thoughts for clarity, while team communication emphasizes coordination and alignment among members to facilitate collaboration. Organizational communication conveys the company's culture and goals, ensuring operational consistency and enhancing the effectiveness of all levels of interaction.
