使用者體驗 (UX) 是使用者在使用產品或服務時的感受，對於任何平台的成功而言，它變的越來越重要 ; 不論是在 App、網站還是軟體平台。在開發上可以使用最先進的技術來開發產品，但如果使用者無法弄清楚如何使用產品，那這個注定要失敗，我們所有的努力都將浪費掉。
關於講者
Elena Sanchez 是 MYOB 的設計主管與使用者體驗/產品策略的 Google 專家，位於墨爾本。她擁有超過 9 年在 UX 領域的經驗，遍及歐洲、美國、與澳洲。Elena 本身是媒體背景出生，2010 年取得人機互動碩士學位後，在 Open University of Catalonia 與 General Assembly Sydney (UXDI) 教授相關使用者體驗與資訊架構知識、替許多私人企業作 UX 培訓課程、也擔任 UX 活動和研討會講師一職。她也是一名由 The Garage (加州) 的 Google Design Sprint Academy 所培訓的設計衝刺協調者 (design sprint facilitator)。

Workshop Summary
User experience (UX) is how a person feels when interacting with a product or service, and it’s becoming more and more critical for the success of any digital platform. app, website and software platform. You can develop and launch the most powerful and technologically digital products but if people are not able to figure out how to use them, they are doomed to fail and all our efforts will be wasted.
About Speaker
Elena Sanchez is a Design Lead at MYOB and Google Expert in UX/Product Strategy based in Melbourne. Elena has been working in UX for more than 9 years across Europe, US and Australia. Her background is in Media but she received a Master’s in Human-Computer Interaction in 2010, has taught UX and Information Architecture courses at Open University of Catalonia and General Assembly Sydney (UXDI), delivered private UX training for Tier 1 companies and often speaks at UX events and conferences. She is also a design sprint facilitator trained by Google Design Sprint Academy at The Garage (California).
