透過實務演練,陪你一起拆解溝通困境,練習如何促進共識與合作。

Do you ever feel you need psychic powers just to communicate at work?

The reality is that communication issues often arise not because someone is doing it “wrong,” but due to differing perspectives and ways of thinking. This is why cross-functional communication can feel so challenging.

When individuals from various roles bring diverse viewpoints to the table, effective communication and collaboration become essential for making progress.

In this hands-on workshop, we will explore strategies to overcome misunderstandings, foster alignment, and work towards shared goals together.

Cross-team communication isn’t magic, but it does require skill.
