「職涯組合」是一種來自職涯發展與管理領域的新思維，鼓勵人們透過參與不同的工作、專案與持續學習，打造多樣且靈活的職業路徑。這不僅提升了個人的適應力與競爭力，也幫助我們在充滿不確定性的環境中，找到成長與轉型的機會。

在本次工作坊中，我們將運用 UX 工具，帶你一步步梳理興趣、經驗與潛能，打造出屬於自己的職涯組合藍圖，探索更多未來可能性！

In recent years, the way we work has transformed dramatically. We’ve moved away from rigid, ladder-like career paths and toward a more flexible, horizontal model—one that emphasizes building diverse skill sets to remain resilient in a rapidly changing world.

The career portfolio concept, rooted in career development and management, challenges the traditional idea of a single-track profession. Instead, it encourages individuals to design dynamic, multi-faceted careers through varied jobs, projects, and ongoing learning. This approach fosters continuous personal growth and equips individuals to navigate an ever-evolving workplace landscape better.

In this workshop, you’ll use UX tools to map out your unique career portfolio—aligning your strengths, interests, and experiences while uncovering new opportunities along the way.
