Transferable Skills in Time of Change by Lea Truc

Learn how everyone from different backgrounds can break into tech, navigate change and ambiguity in the current market. This session is open to fresh graduates, young professionals who want to break into tech, managers who are leading a diverse team, or existing tech-makers who want to level up their skills.

A college professor turned tech advocate on building and investing in technology-driven Education & Healthcare in the region.

Lea has received Public Diplomacy Federal Awards by the U.S. Department of State. She was also an expert trainer at Google Generation Scholarship 2022 Asia Pacific, Women Developer Academy by Google Developers, and shared her expertise in 13 countries including Singapore, Malaysia, the United States, Australia and Vietnam.

She is the co-founder of SkinCancerAlliance.org, a not-for-profit initiative to support pre-assessment and management of skin cancer for patients and doctors.

Outside of work, she enjoys making music and oil painting.
