About this event

This 2-hour interactive workshop is tailored for students and early-career professionals to reflect on their achievements and challenges from 2024, while setting actionable and meaningful goals for 2025. Through the Reflect, Reframe, and Renew model, visioning exercises, and SMART goal-setting strategies, participants will learn how to build confidence, embrace growth, and take an intentional approach to both personal and professional development.

​Duration: 2 hours

​Format: in-person

Venue: Pacific Link College Burnaby(Floor 2), Unit 200, Classroom D. Campus Direction
