Mario has over seven years of experience working as a mobile developer. He started his MentorMate career in March of 2022 and in a very short time created an internal Flutter developer community. Currently he’s responsible for developing, mentoring and leading future Flutter projects. He has several native mobile applications under his belt in both Android and iOS and several successful Flutter applications. Outside of work, you’ll find him spending time with his family, woodworking, gardening, crafting, and reading.

Malcolm is an Android Engineer at @Kyosk, Nairobi Kenya. He writes Kotlin everyday and experiments with new tech all the time. He keeps learning and loves the value the community brings to an individual. 

Inventor and Serial Entrepreneur Nikolay (Niki) Chotrov is a software and hardware engineer, owner of tech patents, deep tech, robotics and prosthetics explorer whose goal is to make it possible for today's technology to be adopted and to lay the groundwork for innovation and development.

Radostin is a student recognized as one of the brightest talents in the Bulgarian programming industry. He has more than 7 years of experience in software engineering, including Web Development, Android/iOS apps, Machine Learning and IoT.
In 2018 Radi authored a project recognized by Google, and since then, he has won many other honors in mathematics and IT, including awards at Regeneron ISEF’22 and EUCYS’22. Radostin is a part of the 2021 “30 under 30” selection of Forbes Bulgaria for founding the NLP platform АзБуки.ML, which aims to bring wider Bulgarian language support for many linguistic ML models. Since 2022 he has been an active Google Developer Expert in Machine Learning, and his most recent research papers about Transformer-based dialogue systems have been published in the ACL Anthology.

Lazar is a developer with 9+ years of practice excelling at Kotlin, Java, C# and even Lua Script. A big chunk of his background he spent in the FinTech industry where his skills developed to cover a large range of expertise in crypto solutions, trader platforms and payment methods. Now he has ventured into the challenging switch to Flutter and is proudly calling himself “a junior Flutter developer”. Lazar is an insane multitasker and in Tide apart from his developer’s responsibilities he is also supporting the company’s interview and tooling processes.

In his free time he is doing pro bono work for small start-ups and social entrepreneurs. Lazar is passionate about gardening and environmentally friendly lifestyle.
