She helps businesses succeed by identifying opportunities, building their tech and innovation ecosystem, and driving experimentation and collaboration with its users, tech startups, and partners to deliver real business impact. Having built one of Singapore’s most impactful startup and innovation ecosystems, she is a strong advocate of startups and believes in their power to leverage emerging technologies and transform the world we live in.

Kaela Montgomery (she/her) is a Strategy and Program Manager with the Diversity Equity Inclusion (DEI) team at Google, where she develops and drives DEI strategy and core programs across the APAC region. Prior to Google, Kaela was a DEI Program Manager at Meta (formerly known as Facebook) where she co-founded and led the Disability@Facebook employee resource group (ERG) and was a leader with the Women@Facebook ERG, driving community mentorship and development programs for girls, youths and Persons with Disabilities (PwD). Her prior experiences include other people-centric roles in talent acquisition and development in Singapore and Tokyo.

Kaela is also a proud new mom to a bouncing six-month-old baby, and a passionate supporter of social and environmental impact efforts, and in 2022 was a mentor for The Asia Foundation, supporting a program in Indonesia to empower women through sustainable forest stewardship and enhance their economic opportunities. 

Ratna is the founder of The MindGem Training and Consulting, an "Entreprise for Good" with a mission to normalize conversations on mental health and empower individuals to take charge of their well-being. With years of experience in account management, marketing, event management, business development, career coaching, and training, Ratna is a TEDx speaker, facilitator, and trainer who specializes in workplace well-being, mindfulness, emotional intelligence, personal mastery, and presentation.

Ratna's passion for supporting individuals and organizations to rise above stress and build resilience stems from her own life-changing transformational journey through mindfulness. She dedicates her life to empowering more people to design their lives on their own terms while making a positive difference in the organizations and communities they serve.

In addition to her Bachelor of Business degree from the University of London, Ratna is an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) facilitator and a Certified Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (TEIQue) facilitator. Her expertise has been recognized by Channel News Asia and featured in magazines such as Nüyou female magazine. She was also recently named a LinkedIn Top Voice 2022 for her insights in the area of mental health.

She contributed to the book "Women Empowered: Personal Journeys to Become Empowered Women" Outside work, she is building a community of young women leaders who are committed to making a positive impact in the community.
