Empowering Women, Inspiring Change highlights the importance of encouraging, supporting and empowering women in various aspects of life. Also, “Inspiring Change” is a key component of empowering women as this challenges societal norms and traditional generalisations which might impede women’s progress. And what is society doing to support this cause?

Our findings show that there are fewer female participants or speakers at tech events. We would like to understand possible reasons for this common occurrence and explore ways that make progress to improve this current situation. A point of discussion is that in today’s fast-paced society, how are we empowering women in the workplace and their personal development? Also, what are some of the current initiatives and programs to empower stay-home moms?
