Research shows that women are less likely to negotiate a higher salary when accepting a new position. However, salary negotiation is a key part of the hiring process and should not be feared.

During our next Meet-up we are going to watch a panel where we'll hear from two experts at Google about their advice and best practices around negotiating your salary and career progression. We'll discuss practical tips around how to negotiate your salary, how to prep for conversations around promotions and ways to navigate challenges and uncomfortable situations.
